Training

We dedicate continuous efforts to the personal and professional improvement of our team. Through initiatives such as the Corporate University, technical and behavioral training, leadership training, financial incentives for education and partnerships with educational institutions. We are committed to strengthening the skills and capabilities of each employee.

Adult Literacy

We value and encourage education as a means of transformation. We support education programs such as Muxirum de Alfabetização and EJA (Education for Young People and Adults), providing all interested employees with the opportunity to complete their studies. In addition, we also provide Portuguese language classes to our foreign employees.

Occupational Safety

We carry out detailed annual monitoring of all our processes and activities, in addition to investing in courses and training that qualify employees in relation to safety in the workplace, including the provision and regular maintenance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

We also carry out Daily Safety Dialogues (DDS) and educational actions to ensure compliance with standards and regulations, and guarantee the well-being and safety of everyone.

Health and well-being

We invest in the infrastructure of our production units with a focus on the health and well-being of our employees and their families. We provide a comfortable environment that ensures rest and recovery after a day's work, as well as promoting physical and mental well-being.

Our units also have outdoor gyms, access to physical and leisure activities, kiosks, as well as well-structured cafeterias that provide balanced meals, carefully prepared by nutritionists.

Seeds of the Future Program

The program offers children and teenagers who live in production units, children of employees aged between 4 and 17, the opportunity to participate in educational activities outside of school hours. These activities include music, sports, culture, languages and education classes.

It aims to complement traditional teaching and promote educational workshops that value the rural experience and daily lives of the participating children. Furthermore, it seeks to provide social experiences, encourage literacy, introduce environmental knowledge and offer support in the development of reading, writing and mathematics.

All financial resources used come from the income generated by Separô, our waste separation project.

School Kit

Caring for our employees goes beyond the workplace and extends to their homes Therefore, we deliver school supply kits to our employees' school-age children, with the aim of offering comprehensive support to their families. This initiative reaffirms our commitment to our employees and to supporting future generations in their search for knowledge and a promising future.

The initiative is entirely financed by resources obtained through the waste separation program, Separô.

Programa costurando o bem

The program is an evolution of Máscara do Bem project, which began during the Covid-19 pandemic, with the manufacture of fabric masks for donations to the community. The project expanded and became Costurando o Bem program, with the main objective of making and donating layettes and uniforms, mainly to Hospital de Câncer de Mato Grosso (HCAM).

Bom Futuro Volunteers

The program is aimed at all employees interested in volunteering. And it aims to integrate the will of those who want to help, with assistance to the community in social vulnerability, providing assistance according to the needs of the institutes and social actions served, in addition to affection, love and happiness.

In addition, volunteers are trained in appropriate approach techniques in the places they visit and serve. For example, they receive training from SóRia project, one of the largest volunteer training and qualification centers in Mato Grosso. Thus, in addition to will, actions are also governed by technique and competence.

Social projects encouraged

Since 2021, we have been holding calls for proposals to contribute to and encourage social projects. Our focus, although not exclusively, is directed towards projects aimed at the development of children and adolescents, with actions carried out in Mato Grosso.

Institutions classified as Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), non-profit and regularized, that have been registered for at least two years and are headquartered in Mato Grosso participate in the process.

The projects must be approved by the Laws of Incentive to Culture (Rouanet), Incentive to Sports and Incentive to Funds for the Rights of Children and Adolescents. Furthermore, these projects must address at least three objectives aligned with the guidelines of the United Nations (UN) Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Ir solidário Program

Since 2017, we have been promoting internal campaigns to encourage our employees to participate in the Solidarity Income Tax. This initiative directly contributes to civil society organizations in our cities, which serve children and elderly people in situations of social vulnerability, and since then, collaborators have already donated more than 1 million reais.

Social inclusion of adolescents

This initiative is not limited to social quotas; it seeks to offer support, opportunities for change and integration for adolescents at risk. Through partnerships established with schools, entities, bodies and public institutions, our goal is to provide not only social inclusion, but also dignity and confidence, preparing these young people for effective integration into the job market.

Apprentice of the future

Brazilian agribusiness is recognized worldwide for its productivity, sustainability, innovation and technology. To serve all links in this chain, it is essential to have qualified professionals in a market that grows with each harvest. In response to this demand, we created the Apprentice of the Future Program.

A pioneering partnership with technical learning institutions in Mato Grosso that offer young people the opportunity for training that combines theoretical and practical knowledge. During this learning journey, the selected young people are paid and have the possibility of being hired at the end of the course.

Fight against childhood cancer

For over 12 years, we have supported healthcare institutions that are references in welcoming and treating society. In addition to philanthropy and project support, one of our initiatives involves the Early Diagnosis Program for Cancer in Children and Adolescents. This program aims to train healthcare professionals in the more than 20 municipalities where we operate, with the aim of promoting early identification and increasing the chances of a cure.

Furthermore, we actively participate in several social actions focused on the topic, including Happy Meal. In this event, we directed all the funds raised to HCanMT and counted on the collaboration of our volunteers. We also encourage our employees to purchase the project's t-shirt and tickets in support, thus playing our committed role in this noble cause.

Support for culture, sport and leisure

At Bom Futuro, we value and support culture and sport. Through our sponsorship and incentive programs, we are actively involved in events and initiatives that enrich cultural life and promote a healthy lifestyle.

Our support includes concerts, shows, races and sporting events. Actions that not only offer entertainment and fun, but also promote essential values such as inclusion, diversity and teamwork.

GEMTE

We are one of the companies that support the GEMTE Project (Mato Grosso Em Evolução Business Group), an initiative that brings together entrepreneurs and professionals from the private sector to support the sustainable development of education in Mato Grosso.

GEMTE is a project aimed at promoting quality public education, with a focus on programs and actions that have a positive impact on municipal and state education networks. All material used in state government schools this year was prepared and reviewed by FGV (Fundação Getúlio Vargas) through Gemte. We use our intellectual and financial resources, as well as strategic partnerships, to drive significant and lasting changes in the State's education system.

Bom Futuro in Action

Bom Futuro em Ação is a partnership with Sesi de Mato Grosso, created with the purpose of offering, free of charge, health, education, culture and leisure services to the population. This event also counts on the valuable involvement of volunteers, students from various educational institutions, who join the initiative to provide services, share knowledge and apply in practice what they have learned in their academic training.

Its central objective is to positively impact society, promoting the well-being and development of the communities served.
