We began our operations in the real estate sector in 2013 with the aim of contributing to the development of the municipalities where we operate. Leveraging strategically located land near our production facilities, we develop planned subdivisions that drive urban expansion and create new opportunities for families and investors.
To date, we have brought two urban subdivisions to market in the municipality of Matupá (MT), totaling 365,000 m² of land and over a thousand fully serviced lots ready for new housing projects.
Our first development, the Cidade Alta subdivision, is fully sold out, comprising 355 lots across an area of 115,520 m². Subsequently, we launched the Alto dos Lagos subdivision—also 100% sold out—featuring 662 lots distributed over an area of 250,000 m².
Our developments feature complete infrastructure, including asphalt paving, drainage systems, and water, sewage, and electricity networks, as well as street lighting, landscaping, and bicycle paths. All planning adheres to local urban development guidelines, ensuring quality, safety, and value appreciation for the projects.
We continue to seek new opportunities to develop projects that keep pace with the growth of Mato Grosso and contribute to the development of the cities where we operate.
